President

Chong Yi is President of BELAC LLC. He is a seasoned business leader with more than 24 years of engineering and leadership experience in the aerospace industry. Prior to leading the start-up and operation of BELAC LLC, a Chromalloy joint venture company with major airlines, Mr. Yi held several leadership positions at Chromalloy, most recently leading the company's casting manufacturing operation in Tampa. Previously, Mr. Yi worked for several years in turbine design and technical positions at GE Aircraft Engines. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Chief Financial Officer

Patti Holland is Chief Financial Officer for BELAC LLC. She joined BELAC in 2006 and leads all financial activities, including reporting, budgeting and accounting. Previously she was Controller at Melitta USA Inc., a manufacturing company, and prior to that held financial leadership positions at manufacturers Critikon Co. and Mercury Medical. She began her career at Olin Corporation, an ordinance manufacturer acquired by General Dynamics. Ms. Holland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Florida State University, a Master of Business Administration from Nova University, and she is a Certified Public Accountant.

Director, Sales & Marketing

Rob Church is Director, Sales & Marketing, for BELAC LLC. He is responsible for commercial and military sales and new business development for BELAC. Previously he was Chromalloy Regional Sales Director, The Americas, providing leadership for the company's sales and marketing efforts throughout the Americas. He joined the company in 1989 as Director of Sales, responsible for business development and working with customers worldwide. Prior to joining Chromalloy, he was General Manager at TVF, Inc., a specialty manufacturing, sales and distribution company in Honolulu, Hawaii. He earlier managed development at Dallah Avco in Saudi Arabia, overseeing logistical support for airports and air bases across Saudi Arabia. He began his career as a U.S. Naval Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from the University of Hawaii.

Vice President of Quality

Dennis Piotrowski, FRAeS, is Vice President of Quality for BELAC LLC. He is responsible for the company's quality system and programs for meeting international manufacturing standards including ISO 9001. An expert in aircraft maintenance, certification and aviation safety for more than 35 years, Mr. Piotrowski previously worked for several years for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Washington, D.C., in the following areas: Aircraft Maintenance Division, Aircraft Certification Service, and Training and Technical Standards. His professional experience also includes tenure as a Legislative Fellow in the U.S. Congress, where he assisted drafting aviation and energy legislation. Mr. Piotrowski is a type rated fixed wing aircraft and rotorcraft pilot. He is an FAA Designated Airworthiness Inspector (DAR). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Redlands in California.

Director of Engineering

Mehrdad Vandyoussefi is Director of Engineering at BELAC LLC. He joined BELAC LLC in 2001 as Chief Metallurgist and Casting Development Manager, and currently is responsible for re-engineering, PMA programs, product development and bringing new products to market. He has brought several HPT blades to production over the past nine years working at BELAC. Previously, Mr. Vandyoussefi was a research scientist at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Switzerland, responsible for programs on aluminum alloy modeling and casting, microstructural modeling of iron-nickel alloys and laser cladding. Mr. Vandyoussefi holds a Ph.D. in materials science and physical metallurgy from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.
